Check-in was super smooth—no hassle at all! The room had everything I needed, from toiletries to a flat-screen TV. Breakfast options were impressive. there was a great mix of items to choose from. The outdoor pool was nice and inviting. However, I faced an issue with the air conditioning. It wasn’t cold enough, causing some discomfort during the night. Additionally, there was a slight bleach smell upon arrival that was off-putting. The staff was accommodating when I mentioned my issues, but the overall temperature control experience wasn't ideal.

Great location but needs some updates

This place is super close to Houston Premium Outlet, which was a huge plus for us! The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Didn't like that the showerhead barely worked, though—water was super weak and got everywhere. Also, the AC smelled funny sometimes. Breakfast was pretty decent with good options! Just wish some things were a bit newer.
